Our tiles are sold by the box. Our order minimum is 1 box.
To avoid miscalculations, we recommend that you have a professional tile contractor calculate the measurements and quantities for your tile project. We also recommend adding 10% extra to your square footage to account for cuts and pattern matching.
LIVDEN tiles are approved for installation in these areas:
- Interior dry wall applications
- Intermittent vertical wet areas
- Light traffic residential flooring
LIVDEN tile are NOT recommended for installation in these areas:
- Submerged water applications
- Shower floors
- Steam showers or saunas
- Exterior spaces
- High traffic or commerical flooring
We recommend non-sanded grout; however fine aggregate grouts can be used with care.

Cleaning can be done with a soft cloth, warm water, and non-acidic soap or a pH neutral stone cleaner.
The tile should be cut artwork-side up, and allowed to dry fully. Then re-seal the cut edge with a high-grade penetrating sealer before installing. We do recommend sealing the grout after installation with a high-grade penetrating sealer.
Yes! We recommend sealing them with a high-grade sealer, both when/if they are cut and after grouting.
As part of a normal maintenance procedure, all LIVDEN products require re-sealing on a regular basis. Follow maintenance schedule recommended by sealer manufacturer.
We will accept the return of unused material with a 25% restocking fee within 6 months of the purchase date. The material must be returned in original condition. Please call (858) 290-4700 or e-mail Hello@LIVDEN.com for return procedures.

In the unlikely event of product failure, Livden will repair and/or replace, at its discretion, the affected area of the materials at a cost not to exceed the original square foot cost of the portion of the material shown to be defective. All claims must be submitted to Livden before tear out and re-install begins.
Livden will not be responsible for material failures resulting from use over a damaged, defective or improperly prepared surface.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cracking due to structural movement, excessive deflections or other failures in the substrate or framing, including damage resulting from weather, flood, fire and acts of God. This warranty shall expire two years after the date of shipment by Livden.
