Every LIVDEN order is made to just for you — crafted with care, quality, and sustainability in mind. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. But if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Before You Order
We want you to feel confident in your selection.
That’s why we always recommend ordering samples first — it’s the best way to see colors, textures, and finishes in person before committing to your full project.
When Your Order Arrives
Please open and inspect your shipment as soon as it’s delivered.
If you notice any damage, color issues, or discrepancies, just reach out to us right away.
To help us help you quickly:

Send your claim in writing within 5 days of delivery.

Include clear photos of the issue and your order number.

Keep all items in their original packaging until we review your claim.
Before Installation
Double-check your material before installation begins. Once material is installed, we can’t accept claims — installation is considered acceptance of the product.
If Something’s Not Right
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, our team will work with you to make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit.
Freight costs are typically the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue was caused by a LIVDEN error.
